Shipping and Transport

We ship our products all over the world. We supply mainly the legal registered businesses with our hookahs, accessories and charcoals.

But we also deal with the private persons. If you need several hookahs (you can do one order together with friends who also need good looking quality hookah with good price), then you are welcome to place order.

The minimum order value for the first order is 300 €.

How to order:

1. Add the products that interest you to the shopping cart.

2. Fill in the form about your business and write how you wish the package to be shipped to you. We mainly use Regular Mail (this is most economical way), EMS (Express Mail Service), DHL and UPS, there is also an option for organizing your own transport.

3. If we have agreed on the transportation plan, we will send a bill with shipping price included, if you decide to use your own transport company, we send the bill without the shipping cost.

Right after receiving the payment we will ship the items (and send you a tracking code, that you can track your order movement on the internet), or give them over to your transportation company.
